In Loving Memory of Santa Blair (Kenny Blair) May 9, 1958 - March 16, 2024 In the heart of Tullahassee, where history whispers through the streets, November brought a jolly soul, with whom we had the chance to meet. Santa Blair, he was dubbed, with a spirit bright and rare, A friend to all, his kindness spread, like the winter’s crisp, cool air. He cheered our young athletes, with words both wise and fair, “Strive for greatness,” he’d say, “and always play square.” Oklahoma’s oldest town, he chose as his festive pole, A beacon of joy and hope, he played that cherished role. We plan our paths with care, but life holds its own sway, The first visit of Santa Blair, in our hearts will forever stay. For on a March day so somber, the heavens called his name, Dr. Coach Santa Kenny Blair, to eternal peace he came. Though brief was our encounter, his impact will not wane, In every kind gesture, his memory will remain. To his family and friends, we send our heartfelt sigh, In the comfort of faith, we know he rests high. He reminded us all, as photos captured the scene, That the true reason for the season, was not to be unseen. In Jesus’ message, he found his guiding star, Now safe in the Master’s arms, Santa Blair watches from afar. We thank you, Santa Blair, for the joy you did impart, Your legacy of love, forever etched within our heart.
